Transparent maths, no lead forms
Many finance calculators exist to collect your email for lenders. Ours do not ask for any personal information. Each one shows its formula — for example, the standard amortization formula M = P·r(1+r)n / ((1+r)n − 1) — so you can verify the numbers yourself.
Important: estimates, not financial advice
These calculators are educational estimates. Real offers depend on your credit profile, lender fees, taxes, insurance and local regulations. Use the results to compare scenarios and prepare questions, then confirm with a licensed adviser or lender before committing.
